SHIPPING POLICY

 

  • To ensure the best possible service for our customers, all orders within Pakistan are routed through different courier companies time to time.
  • All our domestic clients will be provided with a tracking ID when the order is dispatched
  • Upon placing an order, you will receive a verification call or SMS from our Customer Service to confirm the order. If you fail to verify, your order will be automatically cancelled after 3 days (only applicable to purchases made through Cash on Delivery method).
  • We are offering Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfers, and payment via Credit/Debit Cards for domestic orders (from within Pakistan).
  • International Shipping:
  • All our international clients will be provided with a tracking ID when the order is dispatched.
  • International clients shall also receive a sales invoice via email and notification of shipment via email.
  • For international orders, COD service is NOT available. International customers need to pay in advance either via Master/Visa card or Bank Transfer.
  • At the time of checkout, delivery charges will be calculated according to your location and added to the final billable amount.
  • The customer shall bear any additional charges for custom clearance or any import duties upon arrival of the goods into their country. GHULABRI is not responsible for any taxes or duties the customs office may charge you.
  • GHULABRI is not liable for any refunds or returns on any international order or if Customer refuses to pay for customs or import duties their country charges on the arrival of the shipment.
